1. Minimum order quantity
Minimum wholesale product order is $250 (not including shipping)
2. Maximum tester order quantity
Maximum wholesale tester order is strictly one tester per product per order.
3. Wholesale pricing
Wholesale pricing is 1/2 of RRP on all products unless otherwise specified.
4. Payment terms
Payment is required at time of order via checkout.
5. Minimum retail prices
Minimum retail price is double the wholesale price however if your business is promoting a sale, products may be discounted for a short period of time and only available from your store at this price. This is at your discretion.
6. Return and exchange policies
No refunds or exchange for change of mind. Any damage incurred in transit must be reported to hello@greenhousebathhouse.com within 24hrs of receiving. Replacement sprays and lids are available if needed — faults must be reported via email with images. We reserve the right to decide whether the full product needs replacement or a working part of the product.
7. Shipping and Handling
The wholesale shipping and handling fee is $25 flat rate Australia wide. If you are local and your business address is between Broadbeach and Coolangatta you may choose the $15 local delivery option. Wherever possible we re-use packaging &/or use eco friendly wrapping.
8. Ordering process
Select ‘apply for wholesale’ on our home page. Once successful you will receive a code to access our wholesale portal. Add any products you wish to stock to your cart keeping in mind the minimum product guideline (1.) and maximum tester guideline (2.). Any orders that do not meet these guidelines will not be processed until the order is rectified.
9. Delivery time
All our products are handmade to order. Products will generally arrive to you within a two week period however if demand is high we may take a little longer to create and ship your product, if this occurs we will notify you and do our best to have your products delivered as soon as possible.
