We have designed a self-care regimen to revitalize both your physical and mental well-being. You will receive a gift bag upon your first soak with a complimentary yoga or pilates class at ritual pilates, a greenhouse coffee scrub + enjoy 15% off at our on site wellness restaurant Greenhouse Canteen for the 35 days from purchase.
This "Self-Care Prescription" leverages the therapeutic benefits of regular visits to the bathhouse, along with complementary practices at home to enhance your overall wellness. The aim is to use this month as an opportunity to reset and rejuvenate your body and mindset while incorporating new positive habits into your daily routine.

A monthly event at our elevated community bathhouse nestled in Tallebudgera Valley.
We invite you to join us for a luxurious evening to rest and reset on all levels.
Our Twilight Retreat includes a sequence of three opulent and indulgent offerings that flow from one to the other, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed and returned to Self.
1. SOAK
Immerse in a rejuvenating soak session with a gentle rotation of our facilities at your leisure, including:

2. PAMPER & DINE
Refresh at our Self-Care Station and enjoy our in-house signature mists and nourishing skin oil, before settling in for twilight dining on the terrace where you will be treated to a light vegan meal by our onsite restaurant - Greenhouse Canteen, plus flower essence water by our Resident Alchemist and grounding herbal tea.
3. YIN & REKI
Enter our healing sanctuary for a nourishing Yin Class with Vanessa Fleming, and Energy, Sound and Scent therapy with Carley McGee. Plus, receive a take-home Ritual Card to inspire a daily at-home sequence.

What to bring – swimsuit (you may like to pop this on under your clothing as the soak session is first in sequence), comfortable clothing for Yin practice (to change into after your soak session). Spring water is supplied, you may like to bring your water bottle. Light blankets and mats are supplied.
