Booking
How do I book?
We're open Wednesday through Sunday from 10am. Book online at bookings.greenhousethebathhouse.com — no account needed. Simply choose your booking type, select the number of guests, and customise with add-ons and upgrades. Pricing updates in real time. All bookings are secured with a credit card.
How do I book for two people?
Select a package for two in the booking system, which assigns both spots at once. Alternatively, book each guest separately under the same session time. For groups of three or more, email us at hello@greenhousebathhouse.com and we’ll take care of it.
What does “1 of 2 open” mean?
This refers to massage treatment rooms. “1 of 2 open” means one room is already booked — one remains. To book two massages simultaneously, “2 of 2 open” must be showing. For soak sessions, the number shows spots remaining (maximum 10 guests per session).
What if my preferred date is full?
If a session shows as full, try a different time or date — availability changes as guests reschedule. You can also email us and we’ll let you know of any upcoming availability.
Preparing for your visit
What should I bring?
Spa-appropriate swimwear (heat and spa safe — check your care label), a water bottle, a hair tie if you have long hair, reading material for quiet time, and any gift card or remaining balance. We provide one complimentary towel per guest. Bring an extra if you plan to shower after your session.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session to sign in and settle. We’re unable to extend sessions for late arrivals.
What about jewellery and makeup?
We recommend removing both before your visit. The mineral water and heat can affect jewellery and makeup. Fake tan should also be removed prior to arrival.
Are lockers available?
Yes — communal lockers are provided. We recommend leaving valuables at home or secured in your car. Management cannot accept responsibility for loss of valuables on the premises.
Cancellations & policy
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Early cancellations are automatically credited as a pass, valid for three years. Refunds are available on request, processed on Fridays, subject to a 10% processing fee. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a flat fee of $55 for massage appointments and $20 for soak sessions. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. This policy applies to gift card bookings also.
Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes — please ensure the confirmation email is forwarded to all attending guests so they have the arrival information they need.
Health considerations
Can I visit if I’m pregnant?
Guests past their first trimester are warmly welcome for soak sessions and pregnancy massage. We ask that the steam room and cedar sauna are avoided or entered cautiously due to heat. We recommend seeking advice from your healthcare provider before booking, as every pregnancy is unique.
I have a medical condition — can I still visit?
Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin conditions, or other medical considerations are welcome, though we recommend consulting your doctor before booking. If you have mobility limitations or a specific injury, please call us on 0435 137 364 before booking so we can ensure we accommodate your needs.
How important is hydration?
Very. We recommend arriving well hydrated and continuing to drink water throughout your visit and after — particularly following a massage treatment. Bring a water bottle.
Gift cards
How do I purchase a gift card?
Digital gift cards are available to purchase directly from our website — delivered instantly by email. Physical gift cards are available in person at the Bathhouse, Wednesday through Sunday. Call ahead on 0435 137 364 to ensure a team member is available. All gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase and cannot be refunded.
How do I use a gift card to book?
When booking online at bookings.greenhousethebathhouse.com, you'll see a prompt to enter your gift card or voucher code at checkout. If you have any trouble redeeming your voucher, contact us via text on 0435 137 364 or email hello@greenhousebathhouse.com.
