HOW TO BOOK IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments available Wednesday until Sunday — The Bathhouse is always closed Monday and Tuesday.
Once your appointment has been chosen, you will then be redirected to the MindBody booking system, where you will need to create an account (username and password) — this will take approximately two minutes.
The online system is designed for individual bookings. I you would like to book for more the one guest you can either book yourself in twice or if they also have an account — you can then assign payment at the check by searching for their account.

Please keep in mind, we are a small team who also look after our in-house clients so emails and phone calls may be a little slow!

Six spaces are available per Soak Session.
Three treatment rooms are available for Massage Appointments
(due to room size, can only accommodate 1 guest per room).
If a ‘book now’ button is no longer visible, there are no available appointments — please select another date.
‘1 of 2 open’ means that only one massage appointment is now available as one treatment room is already booked!
In order to book 2 massage appointments at the same time — ‘2 of 2 open’ must be visible at your chosen time.
The same applies for amount of spaces available within a Soak Session.
BOOKING POLICY & CANCELLATIONS —
All reservations must be secured with a major credit card. We understand that on occasion you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Your time is important to us, so is that of our staff and other clients. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice cancellation otherwise a flat fee of $55 for massage appointments and $20 for soak sessions will be deducted from your appointment to compensate missed wages for staff and cost to the business.
If you are a no-show you will forfeit your full appointment.
If you do not advise us of your appointment cancellation you will be charged a fee of 100% of your treatment cost. This policy also includes payments made with gift certificate, where they will be forfeited. As a valued guest we appreciate your co-operation with our reservations policies.
If you are booking on behalf of another guest or group please ensure confirmation emails are forwarded on to all attending guests.
EARLY CANCELATION —
The appointment is automatically credited as a pass in full to your booking account for use at a later date - valid for three years from purchase.
If you would prefer a refund of appointment. All refunds requests are processed on a Friday, and are strictly subject to a 10% processing fee to cover administration costs and third party transaction fees. By proceeding with a booking you are agreeing to our house policies and we appreciate your understanding.
PRIVACY —
As we value your privacy, all personal and medical information provided will be treated confidentially and securely, and will not be passed on to third parties without your written consent.
VALUABLES —
We provide communal lockers for convenience of storing personal belongings. We do recommend that no jewellery be worn in the Bathhouse. The management accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind bought into the premises.
MEDICAL —
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, skin conditions, have any other medical complications, or are pregnant are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services.
If you have mobility limitations or injuries please contact us on 0435 137 364 to ensure we can accommodate your particular needs prior to booking.

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medication you are taking as some treatments may be compromised.
It is highly important to be well hydrated prior to, during and post your Bathhouse Soak Session and/or Massage treatment.
PREGNANCY —
Pregnant women (past their first trimester) are always more then welcome to come along, relax and enjoy the Bathhouse for a soak session and/or pregnancy massage treatments.
However we ask that certain heated facilities such as the steam room and the red cedar sauna are avoided or entered cautiously during pregnancy due to the excessive heat.
We do advise that you seek advice from your healthcare specialist before booking in for a soak session or massage as each pregnancy is unique and following their professional advice is strongly recommended.

GIFT CARDS —
Physical Gift Cards can be purchased directly from the Bathhouse.
As we are by appointment only, please call ahead to ensure a staff member is there to assist.
Wednesday - Sunday 10 am until 4pm
Electronic gift cards can be purchased here.
Payment can be made on collection of Gift Card.
Please note - All gift cards are valid for three years from purchase date, and can not be refunded. Please refer to our house cancelation policy for further detail.
