The venue
Greenhouse sits at the end of Tallebudgera Creek Road, surrounded by hinterland and birdsong. Thermal pools, lush gardens, and a plant-based restaurant that knows how to feed your guests. No function room. No fluorescent lights. Just this place, the water, and the people you chose to be there.
Ceremonies on the lawn or poolside. Receptions in the restaurant or under the stars. Capacity for up to 60 seated guests.
What we offer
Up to 8 hours exclusive use of the chapel or meadow. White tiffany chairs, signing table, access to patios, poolside areas, gardens, dining room, bridal glam room, and guest facilities. In-house styling and day-of coordination included. BYO food truck welcome.
Everything in venue hire, plus in-house catering with a cocktail hour and canapés served by professional waitstaff. Your celebration flows across gardens, patio, and poolside. All tableware, glassware, and service equipment provided. Add a drinks package from $80 per person.
Up to 12 hours. A seated dining experience, the kind of care this place is known for. Full reception including cocktail hour, canapés, and your choice of menu from $70 per person. Professional waitstaff, beautifully set and styled tables. Beverage service available via a drinks package from $80 per person.
A place to create your most memorable day.
Included styling
White tiffany chairs for ceremony. Dining room tables and chairs. Cocktail hour furniture. Table cloths, tableware, candles, glassware, natural coloured linen napkins, signing table, and plug-and-play AV system. In-house styling and day-of coordination are included in every package.
Food & drinks
4-hour full service, all glassware included. Wine, beer, sparkling, and soft drinks from $80 per person. Add basics for $90, or margs and spritz for $110.
Onsite catering team, tableware, and styling included. Five standing canapés from $55 per person. Grazing table from $55. Share-style banquet from $70. Three-course alternate drop from $90. BYO catering via approved food trucks is also welcome.
Choose our cocktail and canapé package and receive a $2,000 food and drink credit. Choose full service and receive a $5,000 credit to put towards your packages of choice.
Good to know
Capacity is 60 guests. Additional guests considered and approved upon request. Guest parking isn't available — all guests arrive and depart by coach. Vendor parking on-site.
Venue hire available Friday and Saturday 10am–9pm, Sunday 9am–5pm, Monday to Thursday upon request. Live entertainment permitted in the restaurant until 8:30pm, and at the chapel for ceremony by request.
Booking terms: 25% refundable deposit upon booking. 25% required six months prior. Final 50% required three weeks prior. Prices are reviewed annually and subject to change.
