Directions: Using wooden spatula/spoon provided mix a small amount of clay with water to form a paste. Apply to face evenly with an application brush or clean fingers leaving eyes and nostrils clear. Close eyes (you may like to place some cool cucumber slices on eyes like we do in-house) Relax for 5 min bringing focus to the breath. Rinse off with warm water. Spritz skin with our ‘I AM SACRED’ organic Rose Water Mist and finish with ‘I AM RADIANT’ 3 in 1 organic oil. For a body mask follow the same directions using clean hands.

Please note: always use a wooden or plastic utensil with clay (metal interferes with clay properties). To retain healthy oil and moisture, avoid letting the clay mask fully dry on your skin.
