Directions:

Hold crystal, set intention; create space to celebrate and nurture YOU.

Bath–add desired amount & crystal to a warm(not hot) bath, soak for 10-15min if comfortable, focusing on your breath and aligning your energy with your intention.

Body Scrub–(this is an in-house favourite) mix 1 scoop of bath soak with 3-4 teaspoons of your preferred carrier or body oil to create a paste. Rub with gentle circular motion on damp skin aligning your energy with your intention, rinse off.
